We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it goes through a Quality Check (QC).

Delivery time for exchanged products: 7–10 working days.
We do not offer monetary refunds.
Refunds for approved returns are issued only as:

Finishing defects
You can report it within 30 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for approval:
Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged
Must have original tags & packaging
No stains, odour, deodorant smell, scratches
Complete items must be returned (full sets only)
Revaan must be satisfied that damage is not intentional
