RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Applicability of Policy

By using the Revaan Exchanges portal or initiating a purchase on berevaan.com, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
We may update the Policy anytime. Please review it before every purchase.


2. Exchange & Return Window

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Pickup Timeline

Pickup Attempts 2 attempts by our courier partner
Pickup Time Within 24–48 hours after acceptance
If pickup fails Customer must self-ship the product
Reverse Pickup Availability Depends on your pincode

3. Post-Pickup Process (Quality Check)

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it goes through a Quality Check (QC).

QC Approved Exchange/Return processed
QC Failed Product sent back to customer; request rejected

Delivery time for exchanged products: 7–10 working days.


4. Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Refunds for approved returns are issued only as:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If the requested size is out of stock, you can exchange it for any other product.

  • All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

6. Cancellation Policy

COD Orders ✔️ Only if order is not dispatched
Prepaid Orders Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled

7. 30-Day Manufacturing Issue Window

If you face issues like:

  • Colour bleeding

  • Print cracking

  • Stitching issues

  • Finishing defects

You can report it within 30 days of receiving the product.

8. Mandatory Return Conditions (Strict QC)

To qualify for approval:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged

  • Must have original tags & packaging

  • No stains, odour, deodorant smell, scratches

  • Complete items must be returned (full sets only)

  • Revaan must be satisfied that damage is not intentional
